Thank you for your interest in the activities of Tri-State Men’s Center and our Brother’s Keeper ministry to Returning Citizens.
This packet summarizes the requirements of our by-laws for those wishing to become an on-going part of our ministry by joining our Board of Directors.
There are currently seven members on the board and we will be seeking two to four new members. Mr. Bob Collins continues as our Executive Director of the Brother's Keeper program and reports to the board.
Article II - Governing Body – Board of Directors
The Board of Directors should consist of not more than fifteen members.
The principal functions of the Board of Directors shall include, but not be limited to the following:
1. The establishment of policies and rules pertaining to the operation of Tri—State Men’s Center, Inc.;
2. The oversight of the payment of all bills and salaries;
3. The initiation and implementation of all programs with respect to public relations and publicity; and
4. The adoption and approval of an annual budget.
No Board member may be related to a paid staff member.

* Members must attend at least 50% of regular Board meetings.
From Section 2: All Directors shall have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
